JUDO!

I am in Judo an Olympic sport that was founded in 1882. My best friends are in Judo too. my main profile pic is me and some friends in our Judo uniforms. Judo is a Japanese martial art founded by Dr. Jigoro Kano. the word Judo consists of 2 Japanese words: Ju meaning, the principle of gentleness, and Do meaning way of life. Our goal in Judo is, maximum efficiency with minimum effort. So if any of this sounds interesting to adults and children alike go around in your town and see if there is a Judo school where you live.
